Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that may further enhance surface appearance of a concrete structure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete structure includes: a preparation step for preparing a mold 1, a water-permeable sheet 20, and a curing sheet 10, a contact angle between a surface on a concrete casting side of the curing sheet and water being 50 degrees or more; a fitting step for fitting the water-permeable sheet 20 and the curing sheet 10 on a casting surface of the mold 1; an installation step for installing the mold 1; a casting step for casting concrete while the water-permeable sheet 20 and the curing sheet 10 are fitted on the mold 1; a mold removal step for removing the mold after casting concrete; and a curing step for curing the concrete using the curing sheet 10 following the mold removal step, while keeping the curing sheet 10 on a surface of the concrete. In the fitting step of the method, the water-permeable sheet 20 and the curing sheet 10 are fitted on the mold 1 such that the sheets overlap with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】コンクリート構造物の表面美観をより一層向上させることができる工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物の製造方法は、型枠1、透水性シート20、及び、コンクリート打設側の面の水との接触角が50度以上である養生シート10を準備する準備工程と、型枠1の打設面上に透水性シート20及び養生シート10を装着する装着工程と、型枠1を設置する設置工程と、型枠1に透水性シート20及び養生シート10が装着された状態でコンクリートの打設を行う打設工程と、コンクリートの打設後に型枠を脱型する脱型工程と、脱型工程の後に養生シート10をコンクリートの表面に残置させ、養生シート10によりコンクリートを養生する養生工程とを備えている。この工法では、装着工程において透水性シート20及び養生シート10が互いに重なるように型枠1に装着される。【選択図】図4
