PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing ink composition for surface printing, having excellent high-speed printability, adhesiveness to various resin films such as an antifogging film, and excellent physical properties of films such as heat resistance, oil resistance, stretching property, blocking resistance, vinyl chloride blocking resistance, adaptability to antifogging film, or the like.SOLUTION: The gravure printing ink composition for surface printing comprises a pigment, a binder resin, a chelate crosslinking agent, a fatty acid amide and an organic solvent. The binder resin comprises a polyurethane resin having a urea bond and a polyurethane resin having no urea bond, in which a content ratio of the polyurethane resin having a urea bond to the polyurethane resin having no urea bond satisfies, on a mass basis, (polyurethane resin having a urea bond):(polyurethane resin having no urea bond)=90:10 to 40:60.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高速印刷適性、防曇フィルム等の各種樹脂フィルムへの接着性、および、耐熱性、耐油性、延伸性、耐ブロッキング性、耐塩ビブロッキング性、対防曇フィルム適性等の皮膜物性に優れる表刷り用グラビア印刷インキ組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】顔料、バインダー樹脂、キレート架橋剤、脂肪酸アミド及び有機溶媒を含有する表刷り用グラビア印刷インキ組成物であって、前記バインダー樹脂が、ウレア結合を有するポリウレタン樹脂、及び、ウレア結合を有さないポリウレタン樹脂を含有し、ウレア結合を有するポリウレタン樹脂とウレア結合を有さないポリウレタン樹脂との含有比率が、質量換算で、ウレア結合を有するポリウレタン樹脂：ウレア結合を有さないポリウレタン樹脂＝９０：１０〜４０：６０である表刷り用グラビア印刷インキ組成物。【選択図】なし
