PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating head which can measure a distance between lip surfaces of the coating head with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A coating head includes: a first member 1 having a first lip surface 3 and a second member 2 having a second lip surface 4. The first member 1 and the second member 2 are disposed so that the first lip surface 3 and the second lip surface 4 face each other while spaced a predetermined distance away from each other. First measurement members 5 each having a reference surface 13 including a surface extended from the first lip surface 3 in a width direction are provided at both ends of the first member 1 in the width direction. Second measurement members 6 each having a measurement surface 14 including a surface extended from the second lip surface 4 in the width direction are provided at both ends of the second member 2 in the width direction.
