Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing technique that can acquire an image with strobe light and an image without strobe light at substantially same timing, and extract with high accuracy a component of strobe light and a component of external light which can easily compose images of even subjects which move greatly.SOLUTION: An image processing device performs: first imaging processing by which an image signal of a static picture 1 is read out by exposing during exposure time Tv1 an imaging element 101 for which exposure time can be set independently for every two lines at a plurality of timing; and second imaging processing by which an image signal of a static picture 2 is read out by exposing during exposure time Tv2 the imaging element 101, which comprises: exposure control means that controls exposure of the imaging element 101 so that an emission period of strobe light is included at least in first exposure time, of the first exposure time and second exposure time; and calculating means that calculates a component of strobe light and a component of external light on the basis of a static picture 1, a static picture 2, the exposure time Tv1 and the exposure time Tv2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ストロボ発光画像とストロボ非発光画像を略同一タイミングで取得して、特に動きが大きい被写体であっても容易に画像合成が可能なストロボ光成分と外光成分を高精度で抽出する画像処理技術を提供する。【解決手段】画像処理装置は、複数のタイミングで露光時間を2ライン毎に独立して設定可能な撮像素子101を露光時間Tv1で露光することにより、静止画1の画像信号を読み出す第1撮像処理と、露光時間Tv2で撮像素子101を露光することにより、静止画2の画像信号を読み出す第2撮像処理とを2ライン毎に行い、前記第1露光時間および前記第2露光時間のうち、少なくとも前記第1露光時間にストロボ光の発光期間が含まれるように撮像素子101の露光を制御する露光制御手段と、静止画1、静止画2、露光時間Tv1および露光時間Tv2に基づいて、ストロボ光成分と外光成分を算出する算出手段と、を備える。【選択図】図3
