PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and efforts required for forming recipe information.SOLUTION: A substrate processing apparatus according to an embodiment, comprises: a holding part; a nozzle; a driving part; and a control part. The holding part holds a substrate. The nozzle supplies a processing liquid to the substrate held by the holding part. The driving part shifts the nozzle. The control part shifts the nozzle while supplying the processing liquid to the substrate from the nozzle by controlling the driving part.
