Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a secondhand secondary battery whose deterioration has advanced to be provided as a battery for replacement.SOLUTION: In replacing a secondary battery 16 mounted on a vehicle 12 with a secondhand secondary battery, input/output limitation values (Winout limitation values) for the secondhand secondary battery after replacement are set to the vehicle 12. First, an input/output limitation start temperature of the input/output limitation values is determined on the basis of: a reference input/output limitation start temperature according to a battery rank showing the degree of deterioration of the secondhand secondary battery after the replacement; and a battery temperature distribution (Tb frequency data 42) of the secondary battery 16 before the replacement, the distribution having been acquired in the vehicle 12. An input/output control start SOC of the input/output limitation values is determined on the basis of: a reference input/output limitation start SOC according to the battery rank; and a SOC distribution (SOC frequency data 44) of the secondary battery 16 before the replacement, the distribution having been acquired in the vehicle 12. 【課題】劣化が進んだ中古二次電池であっても、交換用の電池として提供できるようにする。【解決手段】車両12に搭載された二次電池16を中古二次電池に交換する際に、交換後の中古二次電池の入出力制限値(Winout制限値)を車両12に設定する。まず、交換後の中古二次電池の劣化度合いを示す電池ランクに従った基準入出力制限開始温度と、車両12において取得された交換前の二次電池16の電池温度の分布(Tb頻度データ42)とに基づいて、入出力制限値のうち入出力制限開始温度を決定する。また、上記電池ランクに従った基準入出力制限開始SOCと、車両12において取得された交換前の二次電池16のSOCの分布(SOC頻度データ44)とに基づいて、入出力制限値のうち入出力制限開始SOCを決定する。そして、決定された入出力制限値を、車両12に設定する。【選択図】図1 |
