Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce cost associated with cash loading work for an ATM of a predetermined facility.SOLUTION: An in-facility cash management system 100 comprises: a communication device 105 in communication with a cash register 200 of a predetermined store and an ATM 300 provided in the store via a network 10; and an arithmetic unit 104 obtaining a cash withdrawal history by a customer of the store from the ATM 300, obtaining from the cash register 200 a cash charge history of the customer to a prepaid card, identifying one of the customers who has carried out a cash charge to the cash register 200 within a predetermined time after a withdrawal from the ATM 300 on the basis of the withdrawal histories obtained from the ATM 300 and the cash charge histories obtained from the cash register 200, and giving an incentive to the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】所定施設のATMに対する現金装填作業に伴うコストの効率的な低減を可能とする。【解決手段】施設内現金管理システム100において、所定店舗のレジ200および当該店舗に備わるATM300とネットワーク10を介して通信する通信装置105と、店舗の顧客による現金の出金履歴をATM300から取得し、当該顧客によるプリペイドカードへの現金チャージ履歴をレジ200から取得し、ATM300から取得した出金履歴およびレジ200から取得した現金チャージ履歴に基づき、顧客のうちATM300で出金を行って所定時間以内にレジ200で現金チャージを行った者を特定し、当該顧客に対してインセンティブを付与する演算装置104を含む構成とする。【選択図】図2
