PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner set for electrostatic charge image development that reduces scattering of toner on a recording medium.SOLUTION: A toner set for electrostatic charge image development contains: a black toner containing black toner particles containing a black colorant, binder resin, and mold release agent, and inorganic particles contained in an amount of 1 mass% or more with respect to the black toner particles, having a volume resistivity of 1×10Ωcm or more and 1×10Ωcm or less, and an average primary particle diameter of 10 nm or more and 50 nm; and a colored toner containing colored toner particles containing a coloring colorant, binder resin, and mold release agent, and inorganic particles contained in an amount of 1 mass% or more with respect to the colored toner particles, having a volume resistivity of 1×10Ωcm or more and 1×10Ωcm or less, and an average primary particle diameter of 10 nm or more and 50 nm.
