Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for particulate measurement, which allow for determining anomalies of electrical connection of a corona cable, ion generator, or the like without having to directly detect voltage at the corona cable or ion generator.SOLUTION: When a corona low-side current C1 is determined to be no greater than a current determination value C1min in an anomaly determination process (S130), a controller 600 of a particulate measurement device 300 of a particulate measurement system 10 provisionally determines that a corona wire 202 has a line breakage anomaly, and increments a line breakage anomaly counter CNB (S140).
