Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a desire to provide a compact-shaped pipe joint so as to perform an air-tight connection between the exhaust system components in which influence by heat generated at the time of assembly work or usage can be reduced, and exhaust system components provided with the pipe joint.SOLUTION: A pipe joint 1 for air-tightly connecting between at least a first pipe 61 and a second pipe 70 belonging to an exhaust system comprises a pipe part 2 constituted to have its extremity end protruded toward the second pipe 70; a cylindrical bent-back part 3 that is bent back at least once in an axial direction of the pipe part 2 and connected to a base end part of the pipe part 2 at its one end part; and a flange part 4 connected to the other end part of the bent-back part 3 to extend outward in a radial direction and constituted by a seal part 4a to perform an air-tight seal between the first pipe 61 and the second pipe 70 at its small diameter side and a fastening part 4b to fasten between the first pipe 61 and the second pipe 70 at its larger diameter side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
