Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction equipment comprising an electric lever operation device to realize operation in which sufficient safety is ensured even when any malfunction occurs in the operation device.SOLUTION: A monitoring section 112 monitors a lever 101 and a lever controller 102 as monitoring objects, and when the monitoring section 112 detects no malfunction in the monitoring object, a control signal from the lever controller 102 is selected by a second changeover switch 111 and limit-free control current output from a first output stage 103 based on the control signal is output. On the other hand, when the monitoring section 112 detects malfunction in the monitoring objects, a control signal from a monitor controller 109 is selected by the second changeover switch 111 and limited control current output from the first output stage 103 based on the control signal is output by a current control section 113 in accordance with switching of a first changeover switch 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電気レバー方式の操作装置を備えた建設機械において、操作装置に異常が発生したときにも、安全を十分に確保した動作を実現する。【解決手段】監視部112は、レバー101およびレバーコントローラ102を監視対象として監視を行い、これらの異常を検出しないときには、第二の切り替えスイッチ111によりレバーコントローラ102からの制御信号を選択して、その制御信号に基づいて第一の出力段103から出力される制御電流を制限せずに出力する。一方、監視部112が監視対象の異常を検出したときには、第二の切り替えスイッチ111によりモニタコントローラ109からの制御信号を選択して、その制御信号に基づいて第一の出力段103から出力される制御電流を、第一の切り替えスイッチ105の切り替えに応じて、電流制限部113により制限して出力する。【選択図】図1 |
