Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply port opening/closing structure which can inhibit foreign objects from being mixed into a filler pipe and enables efficient oil supply operation.SOLUTION: An oil supply port opening/closing structure includes: a fuel lid 50 which is attached to a vehicle body and covers an opening 5o of an inlet box 5, in which an oil supply port 2 is provided, so as to open or close; a filler cap 20 which is attached to an edge part of the oil supply port 2 and covers the oil supply port 2 so that the oil supply port 2 opens or closes; and an interlock mechanism 70 which opens or closes the filler cap 20 in conjunction with opening/closing of the fuel lid 50. Two opening/closing operations, i.e., opening/closing of the fuel lid 50 and opening/closing of the filler cap 20, are conducted at one time and oil supply work is efficiently conducted. Since the structure prevents a nozzle of an oil supply gun from contacting with an outer surface of the filler cap 20, a fuel and foreign objects resulting from the fuel are inhibited from adhering to the outer surface of the filler cap 20 and foreign objects are inhibited from being mixed into the filler pipe 3 with the nozzle inserted thereinto during oil supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フィラーパイプ内への異物の混入を抑制できると共に、効率的な給油作業が可能な給油口開閉構造を提供する。【解決手段】車体に取り付けられ、給油口2が内部に設けられるインレットボックス5の開口部5oを開閉自在に覆うフューエルリッド50と、給油口2の縁部に取り付けられ、給油口2を開閉自在に覆うフィラーキャップ20と、フューエルリッド50の開閉に連動してフィラーキャップ20を開閉する連動機構70とを備える。フューエルリッド50の開閉及びフィラーキャップ20の開閉という二つの開閉動作を一回で行うことができ、給油作業を効率的に行える。この構成により、フィラーキャップ20の外面に給油ガンのノズルが接触しないため、フィラーキャップ20の外面に燃料、及び燃料を起因とする異物が付着することを抑制でき、給油時に異物が給油ガンのノズルの挿入と共にフィラーパイプ3内に混入することを抑制できる。【選択図】図1 |
