Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the speed of filling a space for the next layer with an uncured, photo-curing resin, and to inhibit setting, adhesion and viscosity lowering of the photo-curing resin near a transmission member of curing light (modeling light), in a three-dimensional modeling that repeats photo-curing of the photo-curing resin and transfer of a modeling stage.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional modeling apparatus includes: a container 5 that contains a photo-curing resin 1; a modeling stage 3 that supports an object 2 formed by photo-curing the photo-curing resin 1; a lifting device 4 that moves the modeling stage 3; a light irradiation device (8, 9, 10) that applies modeling light for photo-curing the photo-curing resin 1; a light transmission plate 6 that is provided between the light irradiation device and the modeling stage 3 and contacts the photo-curing resin 1; and an excitation device 12 that vibrates the light transmission plate 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】光硬化性樹脂の光硬化と造形ステージの移動を繰り返す3次元造形において、次層のための空間に未硬化の光硬化性樹脂を充填する速度を向上させ、また、硬化光(造形光)の透過部材の付近などにおける光硬化性樹脂の固化、固着や粘度低下を抑制する。【解決手段】光硬化性樹脂1を収容する容器5と、光硬化性樹脂1を光硬化させた造形物2を支持する造形ステージ3と、造形ステージ3を移動させるための昇降装置4と、光硬化性樹脂1を光硬化させる造形光を照射する光照射装置(8、9、10)とこの光照射装置と造形ステージ3の間に設けられ、光硬化性樹脂1と接する光透過板6と、光透過板6を振動させる励振装置12と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
