Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet capable of establishing compatibility between load reduction and bite-in properties in hot rolling without dependence on the supply and cleaning of a lubricant.SOLUTION: A rolling object part of a steel sheet is heated. When the rolling object part of the steel sheet bites into a work roll of a rolling machine, a temperature of a surface layer part having a thickness equivalent to 10% from a surface with respect to the thickness of the steel sheet is set 50°C or higher than a temperature of a sheet-thickness central part of the steel sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】潤滑剤の供給及び洗浄に頼ることなく熱間圧延において負荷低減と噛み込み性とを両立させることができる熱延鋼板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板の圧延対象部位を加熱し、圧延機のワークロールに鋼板の圧延対象部位が噛み込むときにおいて、鋼板の厚さに対して表面から10%となる部位である表層部が、鋼板の板厚中心部に対して50℃以上高い温度とされている。【選択図】図1
