The honeycomb structure 201 has an outlet flow passage side part R2 from a surface of the outlet flow passage 220 to a depth D (D is a half of a minimum thickness of the barrier wall part 201Wio), and an inlet flow passage side part R1 between the outlet flow passage side part R2 and a plurality of inlet flow passages 210.
