Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus capable of projecting a plurality of laser beams each having different optical characteristics onto a patient eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus for projecting laser light onto a patient eye includes an optical path branching member, which optical path branching member guides laser light emitted from laser emission means with a laser source to at least one optical path in a first projection optical system and a second projection optical system, and in which a reflection area and a transmission area are separated as an optical path branch.
