PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throat-passing movement measuring apparatus, a throat-passing movement measuring system and a throat-passing movement measuring method in which the wearing feeling to a throat can be improved and the movement of the throat can be measured with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A throat-passing movement measuring apparatus concerning one configuration is the throat-passing movement measuring apparatus 11 for measuring the movement of a throat of a measurement target person M when the measurement target person M swallows food and drink. The throat-passing movement measuring apparatus 11 includes a sensor unit 31 for coming in contact with the throat of the measurement target person M.
