Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed alcoholic beverage having a suitable stimulation feeling, in a packed alcoholic beverage containing a plant-immersed spirit and/or its distilled liquid, and a method for producing the same, and further, to provide a method for imparting a stimulation feeling to a packed alcoholic beverage containing a plant-immersed spirit and/or its distilled liquid.SOLUTION: Provided is a packed alcoholic beverage containing a plant-immersed spirit and/or its distilled liquid and an iso α acid-containing bittering agent, in which bitterness value is 3 to 45 BUs and carbon dioxide pressure is 0.1 to 1.0 v/v%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
