PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connection part which can be constructed with a simple structure in a short time.SOLUTION: The cable connection part includes an end portion of a power cable at which a cable conductor, a cable insulator, and an external semiconductor layer are exposed by stepwise peeling; a conductor connection portion connected to the cable conductor; a reinforcing insulating layer covering the entire end portion of the power cable; and an outer shielding layer covering the entire reinforcing insulating layer. The reinforcing insulating layer is formed of an insulating gel material, and an end surface of the external semiconductor layer remains cut out by stepwise peeling without finishing in a slope shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡単な構造でかつ短時間に施工可能なケーブル接続部を提供する。【解決手段】ケーブル接続部は、段剥ぎによりケーブル導体、ケーブル絶縁体及び外部半導電層が露出した電力ケーブルの端部と、ケーブル導体に接続される導体接続部と、電力ケーブルの端部全体を覆う補強絶縁層と、補強絶縁層の全体を覆う外部遮へい層と、を備える。補強絶縁層は、絶縁性のゲル材料で形成され、外部半導電層の端面は、スロープ状に仕上げることなく段剥ぎにより切り出されたままである。【選択図】図１
