Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure obtained data of a screen indicating contract activities other than an office of a financial institution, such as at home, by considering losing, steeling and informing of the data until storing the data recorded at the place in the office of the financial institution, thus ensuring certainty of the contract activities.SOLUTION: A file acquired at a contract destination is taken. Allocated tally data is generated and allocated to a server as a storage destination. The tally data is transmitted to each server. The acquired file is deleted. When the financial institution receives identification information of the tally data, the server acquires the tally data regarding the screen data stored by the server from the server identified by management information among the servers indicated by the retrieved management information and original data is generated from the acquired tally data to restore the original file.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】自宅等の場所であって、金融機関の事務所以外での契約行為を示す画像について、その場所で収録したデータを金融機関の事務所で保管するまでの間でのデータの紛失、盗難、情報漏洩に対する考慮することで、取得した画面データの保全を図り、もって契約行為に対して確実性を担保することができるようにする。【解決手段】契約出先で取得された前記ファイルを取り込んで、割振られた割符データを生成し、格納先であるサーバへ割振り、各サーバに当該割符データを送信し、取得したファイルを削除し、金融機関で割符データの識別情報を受付けたときに、検索した管理情報の示す各サーバの内、管理情報によって特定されたサーバから該サーバが格納する画面データについての割符データを取得し、取得された割符データから元の画面データを生成して元のファイルに復元する。【選択図】図９
