Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to determine whether an abnormal noise is included in an acquired sound signal.SOLUTION: A voice acquisition part 31 receives an input of a voice of an abnormal noise generated in an image forming apparatus 20 that is an apparatus to be analyzed and acquires a voice signal. A control part 33 determines whether the abnormal noise is included in the acquired sound signal on the basis of a frequency analysis result waveform created by the frequency analysis part 32, when determining that the abnormal noise is included in the acquired sound signal, displays a result of the determination on a display part 35. In particular, in the frequency analysis result waveform created by the frequency analysis part 32, when the area of a periodically-occurring frequency component is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, the control part 33 determines that the abnormal noise is included in the sound signal acquired by the voice acquisition part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】取得した音信号に異音が含まれているのか否かを判定可能とする。【解決手段】音声取得部31は、解析対象の装置である画像形成装置20において発生した異音の音声を入力して音声信号を取得する。制御部33は、周波数解析部32により生成された周波数解析結果波形に基づいて、取得された音信号に異音が含まれか否かの判定を行い、取得された音信号に異音が含まれると判定した場合、その判定結果を表示部35に表示する。具体的には、制御部33は、周波数解析部32により生成された周波数解析結果波形において、周期的に発生している周波数成分の面積が予め設定された値以上の場合、音声取得部31により取得された音信号に異音が含まれると判定する。【選択図】図3
