Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of fuel biomass that can remove an ash component composed mainly of an alkali metal and an alkaline earth metal and microorganisms in raw material biomass efficiently with low energy and can produce fuel biomass having a low water content and a high calorific value with moisture resistance and antiseptic properties, to provide a production apparatus of fuel biomass and to provide boiler equipment that realizes reduction in operation cost of a boiler, reduction in equipment cost and improvement of combustion efficiency by using the fuel biomass.SOLUTION: The production method of fuel biomass includes a pretreatment step (steps S1 to S4) of hermetically sealing raw material biomass, indirectly heating the same and subjecting the raw material biomass to steam blasting with water contained in the raw material biomass to produce pulverized biomass, a slurrying step (steps S5 to S9) of washing the pulverized biomass with water to produce slurry biomass and a filtration step (step S10) of filtering the slurry biomass to produce solid biomass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】原料バイオマス中のアルカリ金属やアルカリ土類金属を主成分とする灰分と微生物とを少ないエネルギで効率的に除去することができ、耐湿性及び耐腐性を備えた水分の少ない高熱量の燃料バイオマスを生成することができる燃料バイオマスの製造方法、及び燃料バイオマス製造装置、並びに上記燃料バイオマスを用いることでボイラの運転コスト低減、設備コスト低減、及び燃焼効率向上を実現することができるボイラ装置を提供する。【解決手段】燃料バイオマスの製造方法は、原料バイオマスを密閉して間接的に加熱し、原料バイオマスの含有水分で原料バイオマスを水蒸気爆砕して微粉化バイオマスを生成する前処理工程(ステップS1〜S4)と、微粉化バイオマスを水洗してスラリーバイオマスを生成するスラリー化工程(ステップS5〜S9)と、スラリーバイオマスを濾過して固体バイオマスを生成する濾過工程(ステップS10)とを含む。【選択図】図4
