Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flow passage member which can reduce a defect of a non-welded part caused by such as a sink, and provide the flow passage member, a liquid discharge head, and a liquid discharge device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a flow passage member having a flow passage between a first member 30 and a second member 31 which are mutually laminated includes: a first process of welding the first member and the second member mutually at a first welded part 41a in a state that a pressure is applied in a lamination direction on the first member and the second member which are laminated so as to be in contact with each other; and a second process of welding the first member and the second member mutually in a state that the pressure is applied in the lamination direction on the first member and the second member at a second welded part 42b in a position different from the first welded part. The pressure applied on the second welded part in the second process is larger than the pressure applied on the second welded part in the first process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
