PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat several different types of coating materials with different shapes, using the same induction heating coil group.SOLUTION: A coating drying device 1 is formed of an induction heating coil group 3; a coil supporting member 6 which allows the induction heating coil group 3 to be supported by a base member 2; a coil position changing mechanism 7 which changes the position of the coil supporting member 6 to the base member 2; and a controller 8 which has three-dimensional shape information of a coating material and provides movement information to the coil position changing mechanism 7. The position of the coil supporting member 6 to the base member 2 is changed in such a manner that the controller 8 provides the movement information to the coil position changing mechanism 7 based on the three-dimensional shape information of the coating material. It thus becomes possible to locate each upper coil element 3A, each lower coil element 3B, and each side coil element 3c of the induction heating coil group 3 near the coating material with a complicated shape and to heat several different types of coating materials with different shapes, using the same induction heating coil group 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】形状が異なる複数種類の被塗物を同一の誘導加熱コイル群を用いて加熱する。【解決手段】 誘導加熱コイル群３と、誘導加熱コイル群３をベース部材２に支持するコイル支持部材６と、ベース部材２に対するコイル支持部材６の位置を変更するコイル位置変更機構７と、被塗物の三次元形状情報を所有しコイル位置変更機構７に移動情報を与えるコントローラ８とにより塗装乾燥装置１を構成する。コントローラ８が、被塗物の三次元形状情報に基づいてコイル位置変更機構７に移動情報を与えることにより、ベース部材２に対するコイル支持部材６の位置が変更される。これにより、誘導加熱コイル群３の各上部コイル要素３Ａ、各下部コイル要素３Ｂ、各側面部コイル要素３ｃを、複雑な形状を有する被塗物に接近させることができ、形状が異なる複数種類の被塗物を、同一の誘導加熱コイル群３を用いて加熱することができる。【選択図】 図１
