Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat several different types of coating materials with different shapes, using the same induction heating coil group.SOLUTION: A coating drying device 1 is formed of an induction heating coil group 3; a coil supporting member 6 which allows the induction heating coil group 3 to be supported by a base member 2; a coil position changing mechanism 7 which changes the position of the coil supporting member 6 to the base member 2; and a controller 8 which has three-dimensional shape information of a coating material and provides movement information to the coil position changing mechanism 7. The position of the coil supporting member 6 to the base member 2 is changed in such a manner that the controller 8 provides the movement information to the coil position changing mechanism 7 based on the three-dimensional shape information of the coating material. It thus becomes possible to locate each upper coil element 3A, each lower coil element 3B, and each side coil element 3c of the induction heating coil group 3 near the coating material with a complicated shape and to heat several different types of coating materials with different shapes, using the same induction heating coil group 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】形状が異なる複数種類の被塗物を同一の誘導加熱コイル群を用いて加熱する。【解決手段】 誘導加熱コイル群3と、誘導加熱コイル群3をベース部材2に支持するコイル支持部材6と、ベース部材2に対するコイル支持部材6の位置を変更するコイル位置変更機構7と、被塗物の三次元形状情報を所有しコイル位置変更機構7に移動情報を与えるコントローラ8とにより塗装乾燥装置1を構成する。コントローラ8が、被塗物の三次元形状情報に基づいてコイル位置変更機構7に移動情報を与えることにより、ベース部材2に対するコイル支持部材6の位置が変更される。これにより、誘導加熱コイル群3の各上部コイル要素3A、各下部コイル要素3B、各側面部コイル要素3cを、複雑な形状を有する被塗物に接近させることができ、形状が異なる複数種類の被塗物を、同一の誘導加熱コイル群3を用いて加熱することができる。【選択図】 図1 |
