Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a temperature sensor to flexibly respond to required accuracy.SOLUTION: An oscillator 11 generates clock signals. The oscillator 11 is configured so that a relation between temperature and frequency of generated clock signals can be changed. A counter 13 counts clock signals generated by the oscillator 11 using reference signals of which frequency does not change depending on temperature. A CPU 16 generates temperature information based on a count value of the counter 13 and a relation between temperature and frequency of clock signals in the oscillator 11.
