Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain insulation quality between an entrance tube and a joint body when an insulation universal joint 10 is rotated in a state in which an inner peripheral surface of the entrance tube contacts the surface of a coating layer.SOLUTION: An insulation universal joint connects a first tube and a second tube to be rotatable around an axis under electric insulation. The insulation universal joint is provided with: a joint body having an engaging part which is arranged on one side in an axial direction to be engaged into an inner peripheral surface of the first tube, and a connection part which is arranged on the other side in the axial direction to be connected with the second tube; a seal part which is arranged in the engaging part to seal between engaging part and the inner peripheral surface of the first tube; a coupling member which rotatably couples the engaging part with the first tube; and a coating layer which is applied to the engaging part. The coating layer is provided with: an electric insulation coating layer located on the side of the engaging part; and a lubrication coating layer located on the opposite side of the engaging part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】コーティング層の表面に入管の内周面が接触した状態で絶縁自在継手10が回転された場合において、入管と継手本体との間の絶縁性を維持可能とする。【解決手段】第1の管と第2の管とを電気絶縁下で軸周り回動自在につなぐ絶縁自在継手である。この絶縁自在継手は、軸方向の一方の側に配置され、前記第1の管の内周面に嵌合される嵌合部と、前記軸方向の他方の側に配置され、前記第2の管に接続される接続部と、を有する継手本体と;前記嵌合部に配置され、前記第1の管の内周面との間を密封するシール部と;前記嵌合部と前記第1の管とを回動自在に連結する連結部材と;前記嵌合部に施されたコーティング層と;を備える。前記コーティング層は、前記嵌合部側に位置する電気絶縁コーティング層と、前記嵌合部側とは反対の側に位置する潤滑コーティング層と、を備える。【選択図】図5 |
