Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin molding having high weather resistance withstanding even long-term outdoor use.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin molding is a molded body containing a reinforcement fiber containing Si as an element and a thermosetting resin, where a content of the reinforcement fiber is 20 mass% or more, a thickness of the molded body is 3 mm or more and 20 mm or less, and in a cross-sectional region from the surface to 0.5 mm in a thickness direction of the molded body, an area ratio of Si derived from the reinforcement fiber is 20% or less, and there is no junction interface on the whole cross section in the thickness direction of the molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長期に亘る屋外使用にも耐え得る高い耐候性を有する繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂成形体を開示する。【解決手段】元素としてSiを含む強化繊維と、熱硬化性樹脂とを含む成形体であって、前記強化繊維の含有量が20質量%以上であり、前記成形体の厚みが3mm以上20mm以下であり、前記成形体の表面から厚み方向0.5mmまでの断面領域において、前記強化繊維由来のSiの面積率が20%以下であり、前記成形体の厚み方向の断面全体において接合界面を有さない、繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂成形体とする。【選択図】図1 |
