Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool mounting device with a fluid feeding passage for an angle head in which a configuration is simplified and fluid such as a cutting fluid can be supplied to a tool continually and satisfactorily.SOLUTION: A tool mounting device includes: a tool-mounting rotary shaft having a hollow part for a fluid passage formed from one end side of a shaft body to the other end side direction, and mounting a tool at one end side of the shaft body in communication with the hollow part; rotary shaft mounting means for detachably mounting this rotary shaft to an angle head and rotating the rotary shaft; a tubular part for cover where the rotary shaft is rotatably fitted in the shaft body and provided by regulating the movement to an axial direction and forming a cylindrical gap part between an outer circumferential wall surface of the shaft body and itself; a fluid inlet provided in the tubular part in communication with the gap part; a fluid introduction hole provided in the shaft body by bringing the hollow part into communication with the gap part; and seal means for sealing both ends of the gap part.
