Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover film for a plate which drastically reduces adverse effects on cultured cells by reducing eluted substances into a culture medium and which allows the culturing, transportation and preservation of cells and the like, while the cover film is still attached to the plate, and a protection method for a vessel using the film.SOLUTION: A cover film for a plate has an adhesion strength to polystyrene of 0.1 to 2.0 N/25 mm on at least one side and the elution amount from the at least one side surface to ethyl acetate is 20 g/mor less at 25°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、培地への溶出物を少なくすることで、培養した細胞への悪影響を極力減らし、プレートにカバーフィルムを貼ったままでも、細胞等を培養、輸送又は保存することを可能にするプレート用カバーフィルム及び当該フィルムを用いた容器の保護方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】少なくとも一方側の面において、ポリスチレンに対する密着強さが０．１〜２．０Ｎ／２５ｍｍであり、且つ、前記少なくとも一方側の面から酢酸エチルへの溶出量が２５℃において２０ｇ／ｍ２以下であることを特徴とする、プレート用カバーフィルム。【選択図】図１
