Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which enables the reduction in dielectric loss in a low-frequency region.SOLUTION: A capacitor 1 comprises: a base 21 having a pair of principal faces 21a, 21b and arranged by laminating three solid electrolyte layers 3, 11, 19 which are made of a solid electrolyte (e.g. LLZ) having lithium ion conductivity; and a pair of internal electrode layers 9, 17 disposed in the base 21 so as to opposed to each other through the solid electrolyte layer 3, 11, 19. In the capacitor 1, mixture layers 7, 15 including a metal and the solid electrolyte are disposed on opposing faces of the pair of internal electrode layers 9, 17, which are opposed to each other through the central solid electrolyte layer 3. The first and second outside solid electrolyte layers 11, 19 are put in direct contact with surfaces on opposite sides to the opposing faces (i.e. surfaces on respective external face sides) in the first and second internal electrode layers 9, 17, disposed closest to the pair of principal faces 21a, 21b, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】低周波数領域における誘電損失を低減できるキャパシタを提供すること。【解決手段】キャパシタ1は、リチウムイオン伝導性を有する固体電解質(例えばLLZ)からなる3層の固体電解質層3、11、19が積層されてなる一対の主面21a、21bを有する基体21と、基体21の内部において、固体電解質層3、11、19を介して対向するように配置された一対の内部電極層9、17とを備えている。このキャパシタ1では、一対の内部電極層9、17のうち中央固体電解質層3を介して互いが対向する対向面に、金属と固体電解質とを含む混合層7、15が配置されている。また、最も一対の主面21a、21b寄りに配置された第1、第2内部電極層9、17における対向面と反対側の表面(即ち外面側の表面)に、それぞれ第1、第2外側固体電解質層11、19が直接接触している。【選択図】図2
