Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve quick thawing of frozen product water, when the product water separated by a vapor liquid separator froze.SOLUTION: An exhaust valve for exhausting product water, separated and stored by a vapor liquid separator, from a product water discharge path extending from the apparatus bottom of the vapor liquid separator, is disposed in an off-gas discharge pipeline together with the apparatus bottom of the vapor liquid separator and product water discharge path. The exhaust valve includes a valve body for opening and closing the product water discharge path, and a driver section driving the valve body for opening and closing the flow path of the product water discharge path, and the driver section is disposed on the upstream side of the valve body in the off-gas discharge pipeline.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】気液分離器で分離された生成水が凍結した際の凍結生成水の速やかな解凍を図る。【解決手段】気液分離器が気液分離して貯留する記生成水を気液分離器の機器底部から延出した生成水排出路から排出する排出弁は、気液分離器の機器底部および生成水排出路と共にオフガス排出配管の管路内に配設されている。そして、この排出弁は、生成水排出路を開閉する弁体と、生成水排出路の流路開閉用の弁体を駆動する駆動機器部と備え、駆動機器部を、オフガス排出配管の管路内において弁体よりも上流側に配設させている。【選択図】図2
