Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that achieves reduction in size and weight by incorporating functions of a touch panel in the inside of an OLED display device.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes: a light-emitting display layer 5 that includes a light-emitting display area formed of an OLED and a drive circuit controlling light emission of the OLED; a non-water permeation film 6 that is provided overlapped on the light-emitting display layer and prevents moisture from entering to the light-emitting display layer; an optical substrate 9 that is provided separated from the non-water permeation film and performs optical processing to the light from the light-emitting display area; a first touch electrode group 3a that is one electrode group of touch electrodes provided on a rear face of the optical substrate; and an electrode group 20 for withdrawal that is formed overlapped on the non-water permeation film. The electrode group 20 for withdrawal and the optical substrate 9 have an overlapped part, and the first touch electrode group and the electrode group 20 for withdrawal have respective electrodes electrically connected with each other in the overlapped part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】OLED表示デバイスの内部にタッチパネルの機能を組み込むことにより薄型化、軽量化を図った表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】表示装置100は、OLEDで形成された発光表示領域と、当該OLEDの発光を制御する駆動回路とを含む発光表示層5と、発光表示層に重ねて設けられ、当該発光表示層への水分の浸入を防止する水分非透過膜6と、水分非透過膜と離隔して設けられて発光表示領域からの光に光学的処理を施す光学基板9と、光学基板の裏面に設けられるタッチ電極の一方の電極群である第1のタッチ電極群3aと、水分非透過膜に重ねて形成される引出し用電極群20と、を備る。引出し用電極群20と光学基板9とは重複部を有し、第1のタッチ電極群3aと引出し用電極群20のそれぞれの電極同士が重複部において電気的に接続される。【選択図】図3 |
