PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens that cna change optical characteristics of incident light.SOLUTION: An optical lens 5 comprises: a curved incident surface 511 to which light is made incident; a curved emission surface 521 from which the light made incident from the incident surface 511 is emitted; and a filter layer 53 that is located between the incident surface 511 and emission surface 521 and changes optical characteristics of the incident light, the filter layer 53 having a substantially plane surface.
