Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating that is attached to and covered with a checkered steel plate and entirely galvanized and can be fitted without causing deformation of the checkered steel plate.SOLUTION: A fitting bracket 3 is formed by punching a steel plate with a plate width fitting into a space between main bars by a punch press. An inverted V-shaped concave groove 4 is formed at a center and circular holes 5 are formed on both sides of the concave groove on the fitting bracket. A grating 1 is placed on a checkered steel plate 2 that has the same shape and the same size as the grating 1, and the concave groove 4 of the fitting bracket 3 is fitted with a cross bar 1b of the grating 1, then hole edges of the circular holes 5 on both sides of the concave groove are welded and connected with the checkered steel plate 2. Thus the grating 1 and the checkered steel plate 2 are temporarily connected. Subsequently the connected grating and the checkered steel plate are galvanized by entirely immersing in molten zinc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】縞鋼板を取付けて覆われ、全体が亜鉛メッキされたグレーチングにおいて、縞鋼板が歪みを生ずることなく取付けられるようにしたグレーチングを提供する。【解決手段】板幅がメインバー間に収まるほどの鋼板をプレスにより打ち抜き加工して、中央に逆V字形の凹溝4を、その両側に円孔5を形成した取付金具3を用い、グレーチング1と同形同大をなす縞鋼板2上にグレーチング1を置き、グレーチング1のクロスバー1bに取付金具3の凹溝4を嵌合させた状態で凹溝両側の丸孔5の孔縁を縞鋼板2に溶接し、グレーチング1と縞鋼板2を一時的に連結する。その後、全体を溶融亜鉛に漬け、亜鉛メッキする。【選択図】図2
