PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exfoliation prevention structure that allows the surface of a concrete structure to be viewed from outside and prevents the exfoliation of a concrete piece and a finishing material piece, and has incombustibility.SOLUTION: An exfoliation prevention structure has a transparent layer 2 put on a surface 10 of a concrete structure 1 and having translucency that permits the surface to be viewed, and a net-like body 3 put thereon so as to be interposed in the transparent layer 2.
