Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve thrust-up force (reaction) received from an existing pile to a new foundation even after constructing a cushioning material, in the cushioning material of burdening a vertical load of an upper structure from when constructing the new foundation, when indirectly supporting the new foundation by the existing pile via a backfilling material, by constructing the new foundation on the existing pile while leaving the existing pile as it is.SOLUTION: A contraction material 1 of a material having a large number of gas layers or contractible in the compressive force action direction with the lapse of time when burdening compressive force by mixing gas inside, is buried in a backfilling material 4 filled between an upper part of the top end of an existing pile 6 and a bottom surface lower part of a new foundation 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】既存杭を残置させたまま既存杭上に新設基礎を構築し、新設基礎を埋戻し材を介して既存杭に間接的に支持させる場合に、新設基礎の構築時から上部構造の鉛直荷重を負担する緩衝材に、緩衝材が収縮した後にも新設基礎が既存杭から受ける突き上げ力(反力)を緩和させる。【解決手段】多数の気体層を有し、または内部に気体が混入し、圧縮力を負担したときに時間の経過と共に圧縮力作用方向に収縮可能な材料の収縮材1を、既存杭6の天端の上方と新設基礎2の底面下との間に充填される埋戻し材4中に埋設する。【選択図】図1
