Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic material low molecule excellent in energy saving and a system for manufacturing an organic material low molecule.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing an organic material low molecule including forming a fluid layer 10 by a fluid medium in a fluid layer reactor 2 by supplying a gasification agent to inside of the fluid layer reactor 2 in which the fluid medium is accommodated, reacting an organic material and the gasification agent by supplying the organic material to the fluid layer, and modifying the organic material and manufacturing a low molecule, and the fluid medium forming the fluid layer 10 is continuously or intermittently returned to the fluid layer reactor 2 after withdrawing the same to outside of the fluid layer reactor 2 and heating the same in a heating furnace 4, and generated exhaust heat is recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】省エネルギー性に優れた有機物質の低分子化方法および有機物質の低分子化システムを提供する。【解決手段】流動媒体が収容された流動層反応炉2の内部にガス化剤を供給することによって、流動層反応炉2の内部に上記流動媒体による流動層10を形成し、上記流動層に有機物質を供給して、上記有機物質と上記ガス化剤とを反応させることによって、上記有機物質を改質して低分子化し、流動層10を形成している上記流動媒体を、連続的又は間欠的に、流動層反応炉2の外部に抜き出して加熱炉4において加熱した後に流動層反応炉2の内部に戻す、有機物質の低分子化方法であって、生成される排熱を回収する、有機物質の低分子化方法。【選択図】図4
