Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof board and a manufacturing method therefor, especially an application of fireproof design, a fireproof board having enhanced fireproof performance applied to tunnels and underground spaces, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A fireproof board contains a first aggregate using shells containing a lime component, a second aggregate containing a silicon component, and a binder binding the first aggregate and the second aggregate. It contains further a mixing agent for mixing the first aggregate and the second aggregate, the mixing agent uses polycarboxylate as a water reducing agent. By these constitution, an organic and inorganic complex using advantages at maximum by complementing disadvantages is constituted by using an organic compound and an inorganic compound of an industrial waste. The invention can reduce unit price of products by supplying materials at low price by using the industrial waste.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、耐火ボード及びその製造方法に関し、より具体的に、耐火設計の適用とトンネル及び地下空間などに適用される耐火性能が向上した耐火ボード及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】耐火ボードは石灰成分を含有した貝殻を用いる第1骨材、珪素成分を含有している第2骨材、及び前記第1骨材及び第2骨材を結合するバインダを含む。ここで、前記第1骨材及び第2骨材を混合する混和剤をさらに含み、前記混和剤は減水剤として、ポリカルボキシレートを使用することを特徴とする。このような構成によって本発明は、産業廃棄物のうち有機化合物及び無機化合物を用いて、短所を補完して長所を最大活用する有無機錯体を構成する。また、本発明は、産業廃棄物を活用して材料を安く供給することで、製品の単価を減らし得る。【選択図】図1
