PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat lock device having a pop-up function which pushes out a striker to a position where the striker is prevented from being re-locked by release operation.SOLUTION: A seat lock device 10 that receives and locks a striker S includes: a base 11 that has a receiving port 11B; a hook 12 that opens and closes the receiving port 11B by rotation with respect to the base 11; a pole 13 that locks the hook 12 in a closed state; and a piece 14 that applies outward extrusion force to the striker S that protrudes inside the receiving port 11B by elasticity with respect to the base 11 and enters into the receiving port 11B. A rotation center (support shaft 12A) to the base 11 of the hook 12 is set at an eccentric position deviated from an extension line EL of a moving route on which the striker S enters into the receiving port 11B. The piece 14 is restored from a state where it is pushed inward by the striker S with the lock released while the hook 12 is closed, and pushes the striker S to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】乗物用シートロック装置に、ストライカを解除操作によって再ロックされにくい位置へと押し出すポップアップ機能を持たせること。【解決手段】ストライカＳを受け入れてロックするシートロック装置１０は、受入口１１Ｂを有するベース１１と、ベース１１に対する回転により受入口１１Ｂを開閉するフック１２と、フック１２を閉じた状態にロックするポール１３と、ベース１１に対し弾性により受入口１１Ｂ内に張り出して受入口１１Ｂ内に入り込んだストライカＳに外部への押出し力を作用させるピース１４とを有する。フック１２のベース１１に対する回転中心（支軸１２Ａ）が、ストライカＳの受入口１１Ｂに対する入り込みの移動経路の延長線ＥＬ上から外れた偏心位置に設定されている。ピース１４は、フック１２の閉じた状態でのロックが解除されることでストライカＳにより押し込まれていた状態から復元してストライカＳを外部へと押し出す。【選択図】図１０
