Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological measurement apparatus and a biological measurement method of a probe system capable of improving uniformity of measurement sensitivity.SOLUTION: A plurality of light irradiation parts 2c and a plurality of light reception parts 2d constitute gratings of intervals d on a contact surface 2a of a probe. A part of the plurality of light reception parts 2d are located separated from the light irradiation parts 2c in an X direction and a Y direction by a distance A×d (A being an integer of 2 or more), and a part of a plurality of light reception parts 2d are located separated in the X direction and the Y direction by the distance A×d.
