Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce friction with a surface of a cleaning blade and improve durability.SOLUTION: A cleaning blade 7 has a peak position (Zm) inside a contact surface 7C in contact with a cleaning target member at which the Young's modulus becomes maximum. The value of the Young' modulus on the contact surface 7C is Yc, the value of the Young's modulus at the peak position (Zm) is Ym, and the value of the Young's modulus at a predetermined position (Zb) separated from the contact surface 7C with respect to the peak position is Yb.
