Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of a combustion exhaust gas capable of quickly starting a mercury removal step when mercury concentration in the combustion exhaust gas is increased.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus of a combustion exhaust gas includes: an atomic mercury analyzer 3 detecting the amount of zero-valent atomic mercury contained in the combustion exhaust gas and not detecting the amount of divalent mercury constituting a mercury compound such as a soluble mercury salt and the like contained in the combustion exhaust gas; feeding devices 16, 17 and 18 of an oxidizer where the oxidizer for oxidizing atomic mercury is fed into the combustion exhaust gas when the atomic mercury analyzer 3 detects that the amount of atomic mercury exceeds a specified amount; and a recovery device 6 for recovering mercury oxide from the combustion exhaust gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃焼排ガス中の水銀濃度が上昇した場合に水銀除去工程を迅速に開始できるようにする。【解決手段】燃焼排ガスの処理装置である。燃焼排ガスに含まれる0価の原子状水銀の量を検知し、燃焼排ガスに含まれる、可溶性水銀塩などの水銀化合物を構成する2価の水銀の量は検知しない、原子状水銀の分析装置3を備える。原子状水銀が規定量を超えていることを原子状水銀の分析装置3が検知したときに、原子状水銀を酸化するための酸化剤を燃焼排ガス中に投入する、酸化剤の投入装置16、17、18を備える。さらに、燃焼排ガスから酸化水銀を回収するための回収装置6を備える。【選択図】図1
