Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel implant for medical use, having excellent cell adhesion property or the like.SOLUTION: In an implant for medical use carrying ceramic particles, particle diameters of the ceramic particles are in the range of 10-700 nm, the ceramic particles are sintered particles of calcium phosphate, and the ceramic particles do not contain calcium carbonate. In the implant for medical use, the maximum diameter of the short axis in the particle diameters of the ceramic particles is 30 nm to 5 μm, the maximum diameter of the long axis therein is 75 nm to 10 μm, and the implant for medical use is configured with the sintered particles of calcium phosphate growing in the c axis direction and having an aspect ratio ((c axis length)/(a axis length)) of the crystal is 1-30.SELECTED DRAWING: None
