Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of improving penetration force for a stenosis lesion, and suppressing dimensions in a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A medical device 8 includes an imaging core 4 for acquiring an image of a living body lumen, a first tube body 61 forming a lumen 23 for an image, a second tube body 62 forming a first guide wire lumen 24, which is provided in parallel to the first tube body on the tip side of the first tube body, a third tube body 63 forming a second guide wire lumen 25, which is provided from the tip side to the base end side of the first tube body, and a fourth tube body 64 forming a third guide wire lumen 26, which is provided from the tip side to the base end side of the first tube body.
