Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electric field concentration in end parts on the outer periphery side and inner periphery side of an electrostatic shield while suppressing the electrostatic shield from being thickened.SOLUTION: The stationary induction apparatus includes: an iron core; a winding wound around the iron core as a central axis; an annular electrostatic shield 150 arranged adjacent to at least one side of ends of the winding in a direction running along the central axis. The electrostatic shield 150 includes a conductor part 152 and a second insulation coating part 153 covering the conductor part 152.
