PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficiency and levelling of an entire production organization by detecting and removing a waste and an abnormality of the production by subjecting various pieces of information generated in a section and a project which are production sites to an integral management, and at the same time, to confirm adequacy of the time applied to the business of the user who is a producer and residual work states so as to achieve the efficiency of business progress and a reduction of the residual works.SOLUTION: Real time computer integrated production system changes data information of each section and project into a html format so as to be written to an in-house data center and the data is displayed on a browsing screen in real time. As a result, a waste and an abnormality of the production are quickly detected, and a clue to the efficiency and levelling of an entire production organization can be explored. Moreover, a products production adjustment support system is prepared in the system, and business content information and business schedule and the latest business performance time are displayed for each user. In this way, the business progress state of each user and the residual work time for each date, each month, and each year are displayed, and the clue to the efficiency of the business progress and the reduction of the residual works can be explored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】生産現場である部署・プロジェクトで発生する様々な情報をリアルタイムに一元管理することで、生産のムダや異常を素早く検出・排除し、生産組織全体の効率化・平準化を図る。同時に生産者であるユーザの業務にかける時間の妥当性や残業状況を確認し、業務進捗の効率化及び残業削減を図る。【解決手段】リアルタイムコンピュータ統合生産システムは、各部署・プロジェクトのデータ情報をｈｔｍｌ化して社内データセンターへ書き出し、リアルタイムに閲覧画面に表示させる。これにより、生産のムダや異常を素早く検出され、生産組織全体の効率化・平準化への糸口を探ることができる。またシステム内にプロダクツ生産調整支援システムを用意し、各ユーザの業務内容情報と業務予定・実績時間を表示させる。これにより、各ユーザの業務進捗状況や日間・月間・年間の残業時間が表示され、業務進捗の効率化及び残業削減の糸口を探ることができる。【選択図】図１
