Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for estimating a parameter of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: An apparatus according to the present disclosure includes: sensor means for measuring a plurality of current-voltage data while charging current decreases when a secondary battery is charged in such a pattern that the charging current increases to a peak value and then decreases; and control means for receiving input of the plurality of current-voltage data from the sensor means, calculating a linear approximation equation representing correlation between current and voltage from the plurality of current-voltage data, estimating open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery by reflecting polarization voltage of the secondary battery quantified through a resistor-capacitor (RC) circuit on a Y intercept of the linear approximation equation, and estimating a charging state of the secondary battery from the estimated open-circuit voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】二次電池のパラメーター推定装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明による装置は、充電電流がピーク値まで増加してから減少するパターンで二次電池が充電される過程で、前記充電電流が減少する間に複数の電流−電圧データを測定するセンサー手段と、前記センサー手段から前記複数の電流−電圧データの入力を受けて、前記複数の電流−電圧データから電流と電圧との間の相関関係を表す近似線形方程式を算出し、前記近似線形方程式のY切片にRC回路を通じて定量化した二次電池の分極電圧を反映して二次電池の開放電圧として推定して、推定された開放電圧から二次電池の充電状態を推定する制御手段とを含む。【選択図】図1
