Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp operation performance of an absorption refrigeration machine that repeats load fluctuation.SOLUTION: In diagnosing an absorption refrigeration machine that uses fuel or a heat source as a drive source and generates cold by cooling a cold medium, a standard relationship between physical quantity related to input of the drive source and physical quantity related to cooling heat quantity to the cold medium is stored as a linear or curve relationship. Among measurement data to be diagnosed, measurement data in the state of a stable operation of the absorption refrigeration machine is extracted. Calculation processing for determining a distance between the relationship obtained from the physical quantity related to the input of the drive source and the physical quantity related to the cooling heat quantity to the cold medium, which is obtained from the extracted measurement data, and the standard relationship stored in the storage processing is performed. On the basis of the calculated distance, operation performance of the absorption refrigeration machine is diagnosed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】負荷変動を繰り返す吸収冷凍機の運転性能を正確に把握する。【解決手段】燃料あるいは熱源を駆動源とし、冷熱媒体を冷却することにより冷熱を発生する吸収冷凍機を診断する際に、駆動源の入力に関わる物理量と、冷熱媒体への冷却熱量に関わる物理量との標準的な関係を直線または曲線関係として記憶する。そして、診断対象とする計測データの内で、吸収冷凍機が安定運転している状態の計測データを抽出する。さらに、抽出した計測データから得た、駆動源の入力に関わる物理量と、冷熱媒体への冷却熱量に関わる物理量とから得た関係と、記憶処理で記憶した標準的な関係との距離を求める算出処理とを行い、算出した距離から吸収冷凍機の運転性能を診断する。【選択図】図7 |
