Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decision method of a characteristic of a stabilizer bush which enables assembling in an FRB state, and can also satisfy a requirement from vehicle performance.SOLUTION: The hardness of a bush 10 is lowered in order to set a load F necessary for twisting a stabilizer bar 20 to an FRB state from an STD state to a degree at which the stabilizer bar can be manually twisted by an operator. Therefore, even if the stabilizer bar 20 and the bush 10 are fastened to each other, the stabilizer bar 20 can be assembled to a suspension 60 by stroking the stabilizer bar which is in the STD state up to the FRB state. Furthermore, a spring constant in a vehicle vertical direction (axial orthogonal direction) is secured by optimizing a volume in the vehicle vertical direction, and/or adding an inter-ring 90 into the stabilizer bush 10. By this constitution, the lowering of the spring constant in the vehicle vertical direction (lowering of vehicle performance) caused by the lowering of rubber hardness can be suppressed, and a requirement from the vehicle performance can be also satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】FRB状態での組付を可能にし、かつ、車両性能からの要求も満足できる、スタビライザブッシュ特性の決定方法の提供。【解決手段】スタビライザバー20をSTD状態からFRB状態まで捩る際に要する荷重Fを作業者が手で捩ることができる程度にするために、ブッシュ10の硬度を低減する。このため、スタビライザバー20とブッシュ10とが固着されている場合であっても、STD状態にあるスタビライザバー20をFRB状態まで手でストロークさせてサスペンション60に組付けることができる。また、車両上下方向(軸直交方向)のバネ定数を、車両上下方向のボリュームの最適化および/またはスタビライザブッシュ10内部へのインターリング90の追加にて確保する。このため、ゴム硬度低減による車両上下方向のバネ定数の低下(車両性能の低下)を抑制でき、車両性能からの要求も満足できる。【選択図】 図2
