Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical writing device which can suppress deformation and vibration of a light source substrate.SOLUTION: Spherical protrusions (SRs) 201a, 201b, 201c and through holes 204a, 204b are formed on a holder 200. Auxiliary materials 202a, 202b are fixed in the through holes 204a, 204b. The SRs 201a, 201b, 201c and the auxiliary materials 202a, 202b abut on one main surface of a light source substrate 210. The SRs 221a, 221b are formed on plate springs 220a, 220b. The SR 221a presses other main surface of the light source substrate 210 on a line segment 250 connecting an abutment position of the SR 201a and an abutment position of the auxiliary material 202a, and the SR 221b presses the other main surface in a triangle area 251 connecting the abutment positions of the SRs 201b, 201c and the abutment position of the auxiliary material 202b in a plane view. 【課題】光源基板の変形や振動を抑制することができる光書き込み装置を提供する。【解決手段】ホルダー200は球状突起(SR)201a、201b、201c及び貫通孔204a、204bが形成されている。貫通孔204a、204b内には補材202a、202bが固定されている。SR201a、201b、201c及び補材202a、202bは光源基板210の一方の主面に当接する。板バネ220a、220bにはSR221a、221bが形成されている。平面視において、SR221aはSR201aの当接位置と補材202aの当接位置とを結ぶ線分250上で光源基板210の他方の主面を押圧し、SR221bはSR201b、201cの当接位置と補材202bの当接位置とを結ぶ三角領域251内で当該他方の主面を押圧する。SR221a、221bは当該主面のOLED実装領域外を押圧する。【選択図】図2 |
